A little girl was found in car in a shopping center in San Jose after police responded to reports of gunshots.  Her mother and father were found dead at the scene.  Police believe the two were killed by murder-suicide.  The little girl is fine physically.  No names were included in the article so that the family could be notified by police and the little girl could be placed.
