18 month old little girl. 16 degree temperature. You would think these two factors would not be a good combination. You would be right… but it is so much worse that you might imagine. A woman in Minneapolis will be criminally charged for reportedly throwing her baby into a snow bank. A witness called 911 after picking up the baby and noticing that she was unresponsive. The mother claims the poor child fell out of her hands when she tried to push the child’s father. It shocks the conscience to think that people are capable of such things.
