I have yet another article on an infant who was found dead and abandoned.  It is possible that the baby was not dead at the time she was abandoned, but she was left on a neighbor’s dark porch and was no longer breathing by the time she was found.   She was wrapped in a brown blanket with the umbilical cord still attached.

The neighbor appears to have no connection to the person who dropped the baby of on his porch.  Police offered a conjecture that his porch was chosen because there were no lights.  Autopsy results are pending and police are looking for the mother.
