The body of a newborn baby girl was found in a trash dumpster at Bella Estates Apartments. An autopsy will be performed to determine whether the baby was alive at birth.
I have to hope that the child was not alive when it was placed in the dumpster, that would be a horrible way to perish, but there is no excuse either way for the incident. If we assume for now that the child was stillborn, do you think she could have been given a slightly better burial? Also, I believe it is a crime to dispose of a body this way alive or not, so I hope the parents are found and questioned as to the thought-process that went into this tragedy.
