This is interesting.  These two stories rolled across my desk today.  The first one has a police sketch of a woman who abandoned her baby in a Salvation Army store and plea for anyone with information to step forward.  The second article, just a day later, shows a picture of the culprit who will be charged with the crime.

This one is terrible.  Police have determined that the infant was alive at the time he was placed in a plastic bag and thrown in the trash can.  The cause of death was determined to be strangulation by the garbage bag wrapped around his neck.  The girl is only 19.  I wish so badly that this could have ended differently for both of them.
