This is just not a good month for the babies of this country.

Yet another newborn was found abandoned in someone’s backyard and there is currently no evidence to suggest who put the child there.  The umbilical cord had been cut with a serrated knife and had a low birth weight.  Otherwise, the child was safely handed off to a local hospital for safe-keeping.

Again, had the parent simply taken the child to a hospital the baby would be fine and they would not be facing criminal charges if found.
