This article is really short, but I thought the little boy still deserved mentioning. A 9-month-old baby was rushed to the hospital having difficulty breathing and he later died. Doctors found heroin and cocaine in his little body.
Oscar Rivera, 34, has been arrested and will face a murder charge among other counts.
