Police have released a photo to the public in the hopes of gaining help finding the parents of an abandoned infant.
The baby died just this past January. The girl was wrapped in a striped towel, which hopefully could jog a memory and bring the culprit to justice. A neighbor attempted to perform CPR on the unconscious baby, to no avail.
